Wire Twisting System

Description
Tabletop machine for twisting single wires and cables with stationary, electrically driven twisting head and a holding device (roller guide block with sprung telescopic slide). Speed and number of windings adjustable by means of configuration switches. Actual value of windings for forward motion amounts approx. 110 % of the preset value because subsequent the system makes a fixed programmed backward motion (10 % of value forward motion) which will be removed the tension from the twisted wires. With specified cable holders also can be processed harnesses with preassembled housings. The machine starts by moving the cover.

Programable Wire Twisting System

Description
Program controlled tabletop machine for twisting single wires and cables with the single components electrically driven power unit and a holding device (compensating element equipped with a spring system). The number of windings for forward and backward motion can be freely chosen. By the backward motion will be removed the tension from the twisted wires. The resulting final twisted wire length depends on the wire diameter and the number of required twists. Untwisting of pre-twisted conductors via setting '0' for Rounds Forward or Rewind is possible. The acceleration & deceleration ramps can be freely modified. In combination with speed settings this variable defines the torque characteristic and will improve the final quality.
