Programable Infrared Shrink Tunnel

  • The shrinking process begins by putting the cables in the shrinking chamber, that opens and closes automatically.
  • Infrared shrinking chamber: Wiring Chamber with dimensions of 22x70 mm, can operate wires with diameter up to 10 mm and with shrinking tubes up to RBK3A.
  • All the potential warm areas are protected with isolating materials, preventing any contact between an hot area and the operator.
  • Energy savings and process control guarantee. Due to the high autonomy of STCS-IR500, the users can easily conciliate other tasks with the shrinking operations.
  • The programming and usage of the STCS-IR500 is highly user friendly, since the entire configuration is done recurring only to 5 buttons. The STCS-IR500 also allows the reference’s programming through a dedicated software tool, supplied separately, which allows to program several machines in a very fast and easy way.
  • Possibility to define up to 450 reference programs, each one with 40 shrinking times; barcode and manual program selection.
