In most cases it is usually sufficient to set the process time to 1 s because of the direct and highly precise heat application on the shrink material.
In particular applications with very small cross-sections are more efficient processed through targeted heat impact with minimized undesirable heat dissipation.
Optimally suited for applications which are temperature-sensitive components adjoined and thermal stress strictly must be avoided.
Pad temperature: 30° C - 300° C
Pad measurements: 55x30 mm (other pad dimensions or cavity pads on request)
Stroke: upper/lower pad each 10 mm in central position
Closing pressure: 120 N with 6 bar operating pressure
Shrinking time: 1-5 s adjustable
